Often us wives expect too much from their husbands. We want them to be kind and sensitive, yet strong and decisive. We want them to know what we want, yet be willing to hear us out. We want their time, attention, and help.
But when it comes down to being a father to our children, the one thing us Christian wives pray for is that our man is a Man of God.
There is nothing more important for fathers to do than to guide their children nearer to the Creator and Redeemer of their souls.

Here’s to you, Godly fathers! Your role in the lives of your children is critically important. May the Lord continue to bless you with wisdom and strength as you live out your faith and reflect Him to your children.
Happy Father’s Day!

Hello, I'm Julie, an imperfect wife and mother of four. Life in this broken world is not always easy. Yet, joy can be found in each day through the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ.
I find it's easy for our day's blessings to get lost in its happenings. But God's "mercies never end" (Lamentations 3:22) and His "grace is sufficient" (2 Corinthians 12:9).
May the posts and pages on this site offer you a measure of peace and encouragement.

Great video! Thank you Julie for sharing. To answer your question, my favorite memory with my Dad is going to baseball games together in Baltimore. I just got off the phone with him… and we of course talked baseball! 🙂
Time together. Sounds fabulous, Brent.
