Why You Never Need to Despair #31DaysofPraise
“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable.” Isaiah 40:28
At some point, we all grow weary in our days. And when life becomes burdensome, hope is easily missed.
But we have an advocate who is strong when we are weak. We have One who is Hope.
Our Creator is the Alpha and the Omega. He is the Beginning and the End.
His understanding is unfathomable. We know little, we see less. He knows all, what has passed and what is to come.
We can have everlasting hope because He is everlasting.
Have you not heard? Have you not known? There is no reason to despair, because the God of the universe is in charge. He is everlasting and all-knowing. He is faithful and loving and sovereign.
Our God is for us, and in light of His infinite knowledge, we can have peace in any circumstance.

Dear Father,
You are the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. You know what was, what is and what is to come. And, Lord, not only are You everlasting but your love for me is everlasting. So I rest in Your knowledge, in Your wisdom, in Your care for me. In light of Your omniscience and love, I need never despair. I may not understand why something is happening in my life, but I know You do. And I place my trust and my hope in You, Lord, and praise Your glorious name. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

By His Grace,
Julie
Hello, I'm Julie, an imperfect wife and mother of four. Life in this broken world is not always easy. Yet, joy can be found in each day through the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ.
I find it's easy for our day's blessings to get lost in its happenings. But God's "mercies never end" (Lamentations 3:22) and His "grace is sufficient" (2 Corinthians 12:9).
May the posts and pages on this site offer you a measure of peace and encouragement.
